Gardening i

This is poem I wrote after reading too much Mary Karr:

Gardening.

 Show a picture of how you looked, young.
Renounce what's been written before.
Say what's happening to you, but say it for someone else.
Allude to the one thing you learned from your mom.
Allude to your vague spirituality.
Say why you can't do it any other way.
Say you. How you Say you is what matters.
